Aurelio Travels was founded in 2015 by Thushan Indika Samaraweera — a Civil Engineer born and raised in Tangalle, Southern Sri Lanka. His engineering training from the Faculty of Engineering, Labuduwa (SLIATE) gave him something rare in the tourism industry: the discipline to plan itineraries with infrastructure-grade precision, accounting for road conditions, seasonal timing, tidal windows, and wildlife activity cycles.
Headquartered at 241, Matara Road, Tangalle — the gateway to Sri Lanka's Deep South — we are positioned at the centre of one of the world's most compelling tourism corridors.
